HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

• Update and create product documentation in English while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency. 
• Ensure the high quality of product information by adhering to established guidelines and standards. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project tasks and streamline documentation processes efficiently. 
• Maintain effective communication with customers and Aleido colleagues to address inquiries and collaborate effectively. 
• Understand customer requirements and proactively propose improvement ideas to enhance the quality of product information and customer satisfaction. 

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking new colleagues who will play a key role in developing next-generation product information. To excel in this role, your qualifications should include: 

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written 
• Technical aptitude and interest in technology 
• A good technical understanding 
• Analytical thinking 

Furthermore, you are motivated to create solutions that are effective, easy to understand, and designed in a way that aligns with how today's users prefer to receive information. You are also genuinely interested in staying updated with emerging technologies.
