Application timelines can vary for a variety of factors. Our initial goal is to let you know as soon as possible if we’ll be moving forward with your application. Our recruiters or recruiting manager will let you know what timeframe we expect to work to, and provide updates along the way.

Get to know our hiring process
Submit an application
You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been submitted. Our recruiters will review your application as quickly as possible. While response times may vary, you can generally expect to hear back from us within two weeks.
Phone interview
A recruiter or recruiting manager will set up a time to learn more about your qualifications and answer any questions you may have at this stage.
Assessment
For some of our roles, we perform assessments. This provides an objective and standardized way to evaluate candidates' skills, abilities, and competencies and enable us to make more informed decisions. Assessments could be linked to personality traits, emotional intelligence, specialist skills, etc.
Face to face interview
You will meet the recruiting manager for an interview where you will get more in-depth information about us as a company, the department, and the role. The manager will assess your skills and experience. You will be provided with feedback no matter if you move forward to the next stage or not.
Feedback/offer stage
After you have gone through the different stages of the recruitment process, both you and the recruiters/recruiting manager will determine if Aleido is the right fit for you, and whether you are a good fit for the position and you will receive an offer accordingly. If not, we will provide you with considered feedback.
Pre-boarding
Once you have accepted an offer, our recruiters will give you all the information you need about the pre- and onboarding process that will commence. We want you as a new employee to feel welcomed with a strong sense of belonging. Our streamlined onboarding process ensures that you get an understanding of our company and can integrate into your new role as quickly as possible.
